7 yearsOf course I just ignored it. If you're gonna try a VoIP scam, you'd think they'd pick a number that sounded a bit more real. No smarts at all!7 yearsA woman called me claiming she was representing a client trying to take over ITV. She mentioned they already owned 43% of the shares and were ready to buy more at prices between £6 and £15 each. She seemed to know my name and postcode but didn’t have my full address, which she wanted to send some documents to. I wasn’t comfortable sharing any details and told her, “If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is,” hinting it might be a scam. I said thanks and ended the call right after.ITV7 yearsGot no clue who that was and honestly, don’t really care. Probably just another VoIP scammer ringing up.12 yearsWhat's the reason behind them calling me?12 yearsAs an elderly pensioner, I find it quite distressing. I'm becoming increasingly hesitant to pick up the phone due to the sheer volume of these calls. It's really unnerving!12 yearsI picked up the phone for this call, but it was silent on the other end. I got the digits through 1471, and would you believe I received a second call from them this morning on the 6th of February, 2015?Submit Your Own Report (020 2222 2111)
