On Friday the 9th of September, I got four calls. Three times there was silence on the other end, so I just hung up because no one said anything. The fourth call actually had someone talking, but when I heard the accent, which sounded Asian, I bluntly told them I wasn’t falling for any trick and to stop bothering me. They rang up again on Saturday the 10th, but I wasn’t in. I noticed some indistinct sounds on my answering machine, but no clear message was left. Then at 9.08am today, the 12th, they called once more. I ignored it and once my voicemail started, the other person immediately hung up. This kind of relentless calling is just absurd. What are they hoping to gain? Surely they must realise by now that I won’t be duped, or maybe they have no clue who they’re actually dialing.

Somebody rang me asking if I’d had any accidents for injury claims. Seemed like one of those dodgy cold calls trying to sell you something. Quite annoying, really.
