Got another random call from some mystery number, almost certainly using an auto dialler or something similar. It's baffling that the people behind these calls can’t be tracked down or held accountable. The thing is, telcos are cashing in big time by selling more lines, so there’s little incentive to crack down. Seriously, is it too much to ask the Ombudsman to take some proper action and slap hefty fines on the firms or callers who keep ignoring the rules? It’s quite depressing how my phone’s blocked list is now longer than the entire contacts list. What’s the point if nothing changes?

I got a call the other day about whether I’d been involved in a car crash or something. I told them straight away that I hadn’t and asked them not to ring me again, but they just kept going with more questions. Honestly, I have no clue how they even got my phone number in the first place.
