Got a call from someone saying they’re with BT, saying my internet usage was causing some sort of error. They asked me to get on my computer so they could access it remotely. Sounds dodgy to me - real companies don’t ring you out of the blue asking for access or stuff like that. Total scam, don’t fall for it!
