Got a call from some call centre claiming I’d been in an accident that wasn’t my fault and offering to assist with a claim. I told them I hadn’t had any accident, but then the person asked if I’d ever had one at all. I said if they’ve got all the details, they should tell me. They just kept speaking over me and then abruptly hung up. Proper rude behaviour.
