So, I got this call from a woman who said, rather firmly, "Lydia Ross here." She mentioned something about an accident, sounded very English though quite firm. I decided to humour her. Then she passed me onto a bloke with what sounded like an Asian accent (hope no one takes offence!). When I asked about the date, I said March. Then I asked if it was in England, and she said no, maybe Ireland or Scotland. I told him I’d had a few accidents. Then he said they only cover England. I guess I just wasted his time because he ended the call. Instant BLOCK.
