I got a call from a woman who said she found out I’d been in a car crash that wasn’t my fault. When I asked where she got my details from, she first put me on hold and then acted like she hadn’t heard me even after I asked again. She then said it was from some sort of transport or road authority. After that, she seemed uneasy since I wasn’t going to share anything personal and when I told her it was a violation of data protection and I’d report it, she just ended the call.
