Got a call from some robotic voice claiming to be from the tech dept, said my btinternet was hacked or something. It told me to press 1 to talk to them or 2 if I use a different provider. Total scam, obviously. I called BT tech support myself and they said everything’s fine with my internet, the call definitely wasn’t from them. Be careful, don’t fall for this!
