Got a phone call the other day from some American-sounding automated voice pretending to be from BT broadband. It said something about my IP address being hacked and that my internet would get cut off in 24 hours unless I did something. They asked me to ‘press 1 to talk to someone’ or words like that. Seemed fishy to me.
