I received a rather unsolicited call from this number earlier, purporting to be from O2. They were eager to inform me about a supposed free upgrade on my contract. I kindly turned down their offer, but the chap on the other end persisted with his rehearsed lines. After politely declining once more and wishing him a pleasant day, he spat out a few choice words and abruptly ended the call. How charming!

As soon as I picked up, this bloke cut the line without uttering a word. It was like he was just checking if my number was in service or something. Quite odd, really!

The moment I picked up, they just cut the call straight away. Classic spam tactic, likely just trying to confirm someone’s on the other end before selling the number to other scammers. It’s against GDPR rules, but most of these calls come from dodgy call centres based in India anyway.

At 8:40 this morning, got a call from Sky, but it was a total scam.

Got a call from some numpty at 8.24 in the morning, picked up and it was completely dead silent. I yelled, "COME ON, SAY SOMETHING!!" and they just ended the call. Blocked the number straight away.
