Got a recorded call from some really proper British sounding voice saying my BT internet would be cut off unless I hit 1 or 2. Thing is, I’m with Sky, not BT! What a load of rubbish, total scam if you ask me!

it's getting ridiculous how often I get these scam calls lately, like almost daily. someone rings up pretending to be from my internet or phone provider, warning that my service will be cut off the same day. they want me to press 1 to speak to their ‘tech team’ or press 2 if i want to ‘go ahead’ with the disconnection. i ignore all that nonsense and just block the number straight away. It’s mad that these dodgy lot seem to have so many different numbers or ways to reach you through loads of exchanges. just keep blocking them and don’t fall for their tricks!
