Somebody called saying I’d won a discount on my mobile deal, but I just ended the call straight away.

Got a call from a robo claiming to be from HMRC, said some letter they sent me was bounced back. The voice was all automated and then they just cut me off. The number showed up as being from Preston. Definitely a scam.

Sounds dodgy... I never even signed up with 02 but they claimed to be ringin me from 02 about my mobile network. Total scam if you ask me. Number was 01995549378.

It was a scam, they pretended to be from O2. They asked for my card info to supposedly renew my phone plan. I told them I’m not an O2 customer and they just ended the call.
