Got a call from this number on 29/01/18 around 1pm, they said they were from BT and needed to send me a new router because mine supposedly had a virus. They wanted me to log into my computer to fix some issues before the router was even dispatched. That sounded sketchy to me! When I asked "how can I be sure you’re really from BT?" they just ended the call straightaway. Definitely a red flag!
