Like others have mentioned, this all seems quite believable. When I tried to return the call, the chap gave me a number to reach him, but when I rang, it just kept ringing without any answer. To make matters stranger, the last number I called wasn’t the one he provided. His real number turned out to be 01994 4357951, whereas he initially gave me 020 81448547. Quite dodgy, don't you think?

It's rather frustrating, isn't it? I've reported this number to BT, but to no avail; the calls keep on coming. It's like a never-ending cycle of annoyance!

I just received a call from this number. I answered and said hello several times, but there was no response on the other end. Eventually, I decided to hang up. Quite peculiar!

Answered the call, but there was absolute silence on the line.

I tend to ignore calls from numbers I don't know. The voicemail always picks up, yet it's odd—no one ever bothers to leave a message.

I’ve received a barrage of calls from this number today, claiming that if I didn’t grant them access to my router, my computer would “get wrecked.”
What a load of nonsense!

Yet another incomprehensible call from an Asian chap purporting to represent BT! There was some chatter about my router being on the fritz. I politely declined his offer, but he persisted with his endless ramble, “blah blah blah, alright then, blah blah.” Fed up, I simply set the phone down and went about my day, enjoying the satisfaction of wasting his breath for once!

Today, I got a call from the number listed above, and the person on the other end claimed they had received several complaints regarding my internet service. When I hinted that they might be up to no good, the caller abruptly hung up on me. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!

I received a call from a chap who had a thick accent and struggled to articulate his words properly. There was a lot of racket in the background, making it quite challenging to hear him. He asserted that my internet router was on the fritz and proposed sending a technician to sort it out. He mentioned he was representing BT, but I’m rather sceptical about the whole situation.
What a load of nonsense!
