Got a call from 01994 223886, and there was this bloke on the recording saying it was BT warning me that my internet and WiFi would be cut off right away if I didn’t do what he said. Didn’t listen to the whole thing, just put the phone down. I rang BT myself afterwards to check and turns out it was definitely a scam. I’ve blocked the number on my phone now.

I got a call with a recorded message from a bloke saying it was BT warning me that my internet and wifi would get cut off right away if I didn’t do what was told. I didn’t listen past that and just ended the call. Later I rang BT myself to check and they said it was a scam. They’ve now blocked the number.
