I had a rather concerning phone call from a supposedly BT representative at 10:45 this morning, October 27th, 2020. They were threatening to disconnect my internet service unless I pressed 1 to settle an outstanding bill. Naturally, I hung up on them. Interestingly, this was the second dodgy call I received today; the first was related to my Visa account. What a frustrating start to the day!
