following up on the report i did yesterday, this bloke’s number has somehow popped up on my phone and i haven’t the foggiest who he is. is he some kind of wizard or what?

Some bloke called my landline a couple of times on 04/04/22, once about 1.40pm and again just after 4pm. He said his name was Mr Soams and claimed to be a housing planner. I’m pretty sure he’s mixed me up with someone else round here he meant to reach cos I’m not the person he’s trying to get hold of. Seems like he’s dialled the wrong number.
