I wasn't familiar with the number, so I chose not to pick up. After doing a bit of digging on this site, it’s utterly bonkers to see they’ve contacted so many people today! I'm convinced this is a scam for sure.

Highly probable that this was a phone con artist. They were probing about my service provider and the specifics of my contract in order to propose some sort of upgrade. I've gone ahead and blocked the number.

Received a rather dubious call from someone claiming to be from EE, attempting to peddle the latest smartphone for a mere £30. They mentioned a direct debit for payment, yet couldn't specify which bank account the charge would come from. I've watched more than my fair share of scam exposés, so I'm not about to bite on that one! :)

I noticed that an unknown number rang my elderly mother's phone. I managed to spot it before she did, so I quickly ended the call and made sure to block the number.
