I received a call from someone claiming to be from a legitimate phone retailer, asking how they managed to obtain my number. They insisted it was due to my number being publicly listed, which is absolutely not true! It's my mobile number, and these pests keep hounding me on both my mobile and landline. I seriously doubt they're even operating from the UK and suspect it’s a con job. Despite my efforts to block them, they persistently ring me. I've found that if you engage them in conversation and drop the word 'trace', it seems to reduce the frequency of their calls. Take care out there!

I received yet another call from this number, claiming they were inquiring about my phone plan. They wanted to know who my provider was, and then they proceeded to ask for my address and email. I certainly wasn’t keen on sharing such details, so I firmly told them to leave me alone. This makes three times in just seven days!
