I had a rather unsettling experience with a chap claiming to be Peter Gordon from Microsoft. It felt like a right con! He started fishing for my details before he abruptly ended the call. Then, he had the audacity to keep ringing back. My advice? Don't engage with them or entertain their requests. Cheers!

I've had a pair of calls over the past fortnight concerning supposed Microsoft problems that they claimed to be tracking. The first time, I kindly turned down their assistance and ended the call. Astonishingly, they rang me back less than half a minute later! I let that one go unanswered and have since blocked the number altogether.

Rang me at 7:15 in the morning on a bank holiday and then again at 9:53. Utterly infuriating that these silent calls keep happening! It’s blindingly obvious they’re not from the UK, as everyone with half a brain knows it’s a day off. Why are the phone providers not doing anything to tackle this nuisance? It’s beyond frustrating!
