Received a rather dodgy automated call from a bloke pretending to be from BT, claiming they were about to cut off my phone and Internet. They insisted I press 1 to be connected with a so-called 'technician'. Naturally, I hung up and swiftly blocked the number using BT Call Protect since it’s clearly just another scam attempt. I can’t help but think BT must be quite annoyed supplying lines to these scammers who masquerade as their service. I'm just hoping to finally secure a reliable Internet connection so I can kiss BT goodbye for good!
