Somebody rang me up saying they were from Microsoft and needed to get into my computer to sort out some problems. When i told them my internet wasn’t working, they said they could switch me to a better provider but only if i went to the post office and sent £199 through moneygram. Seemed a bit dodgy to me!

So I got this call from someone saying they were from Microsoft's refund team. I was a bit suspicious and told them straight up I wasn’t buying it, then I just ended the call.
