Over the last few days, I’ve had three calls like this. The message said my subscription was going to renew on its own, and if I wanted to stop it I should press 1 to talk to a manager. I wasn’t sure about it at all, so I just hung up straight away.

Got a call from a recorded voice claiming to be Amazon, saying if I wanted to cancel Prime, press 1 to talk to someone. I hit 1 but no one answered. Then I rang the same number back myself and just got a message telling me they were "Not available right now" but they never said it was actually Amazon. Kinda feels dodgy, not sure if it’s legit or a scam.

Someone called saying they were from Amazon, but I've got no computer or smartphone, and definitely no Amazon account. Seems like a total scam, probably trying to get me to press a button that would charge me. I hung up straight away.
