What a massive scam this is! They ring up using your actual name and then go ahead and share your info with other companies. Honestly, there’s no real way to stop it on your own. The best bet is to contact your phone company and request them to block that number for every customer, not just you. They’ll eventually do it, but you have to keep pushing them because they tend to drag their feet.
