It took ages for them to answer, and then the person claimed to be from Sky, saying my internet security was at risk and that strangers were trying to steal my personal details. I was a bit shocked at first, but now I realise they never actually checked if they were talking to the account holder, which should’ve been a red flag. After that, they asked me to access my internet on my laptop - seemed a bit off, like something Sky wouldn't really do. So, I cut the call pretty quickly. I'm pretty sure it was some sort of scam or trick.
