I got a call from BT Openreach about checking my dodgy router signal. They asked me to open MSCONFIG but he clearly didn’t know the phonetic alphabet properly. Then he told me to type teamviewer into my web browser so he could "look at it". When I said that meant he was trying to access my computer, he flat out denied it. He couldn’t even get the phonetic letters right - for instance, he said O then paused and said "Orange". I ended the call straight away.
