Got a call from someone pretending to be Sky. We cancelled our Sky subscription ages ago, so I just ended the call straight away. Feels like they were trying to fish for info or it could be dodgy scammers.

Somebody called me, saying they just wanted to check if my Sky service was working fine and if I had any issues. I told them I don’t even have Sky. Then I asked how they got my number, especially since I’m ex-directory, and they said they found it in their directory. Next, they asked who my provider was, and I just ended the call.
