12 yearsI got this random sales call from a firm based in Ebbsfleet, sounded like a complete guess. They started by saying I’d supposedly been in an accident. I asked, “What accident are we talking about then?” Their reply was, “You haven't had an accident, have you?” I responded, “Well, you’re the one who called about it.” They then said they'd got the info from some National Accident database. I asked, “Who exactly adds stuff to that then?” They mentioned insurers put info on it but admitted it might be an error once they realised I hadn’t had any accident.
