I concur with the previous observation-it may very well be the medical facility in Bungay (although their official incoming number seems to be 01986 892055). I mention this as I received a text message less than twenty seconds after I missed the call! Quite the prompt response, isn't it?

I received a call from a chap named 'Tom' who claimed to be from some sort of Eco Bureau - quite a posh title, I'd say. He mentioned that the insulation in my loft is apparently responsible for condensation issues. However, as soon as I probed further about how he was aware of my loft, he abruptly hung up. I've tried to ring the number back but it seems that’s not possible. All very dodgy, if you ask me!
