On 21st Jan this number called me and started speaking in some language I didn’t recognise. Then the person switched to really poor English, claiming to be from BT and said I had to get on my computer. I asked why, and then he suddenly said "f*** you". I couldn’t believe it and asked if he really just swore at me! Then he just hung up. It also rang me again on 22nd Jan from 01132636320.

Got a call claiming to be from BT with a recorded message saying my landline and broadband were going to be cut off. It gave me a choice to press 1 or 2 to speak to a BT agent. I decided to check things out by using BT's live chat on their website. They told me that while I did get a call from that number, it definitely wasn’t BT calling me.

Got a call from 01986 788864, the woman said she was with BT’s tech support. She told me my router was showing some strange IPs and someone was trying to get into it from elsewhere. When I asked for proof, she just cut the call. Definitely a scammer.

Had a call from someone claiming they were with BT, but it was obvious a total con. I just kept quiet and let him carry on talking, then when he asked me to verify a message on my screen, I told him it said he was a chief scammer. He got angry, started swearing, and then just ended the call.

Got a call from someone trying to get into my bank account but couldn’t get through the way he wanted, so he just hung up. He was asking me to use some device and kept saying there was a virus threat, but I wasn’t about to let him in.

Got a call from a bloke with an Indian accent who said he was from BT. When I asked him some questions, he started swearing at me and told me to f*** off before he just cut the call. Proper rude!

Some bloke called about my broadband, said it was from BT or summat. Honestly, I could barely make out what the guy was saying and I'm not even with BT. He kept going on about BT dealing with the connections. When he asked if I had anything plugged into the internet then I just hung up.
