Was a call about selling me appliance insurance. The caller claimed I already had a policy and would be charged, which was rubbish because I've never had any cover like that. They kept pressing for my bank info and birthdate. When I mentioned Scam Interceptors from the BBC, they clearly didn’t like it and got quite aggressive, shouting at me louder and louder when I questioned them. After I ended the call, they actually rang me again! What a nightmare.
