Got a call from some bloke claiming to be Ordan from BT’s tech team, said my router was outdated and they’d be sending a replacement on Monday (bit suspicious for Christmas Eve, no?). He asked me to check on my computer but I told him I wasn’t buying it. We argued for a bit before he just hung up. I don’t even use BT for my internet, so any calls like this should come from whoever’s actually handling your account. Tried ringing the number back from another phone and it just wouldn’t connect - what a shocker!
