Got a call from someone saying it’s Amazon, claiming I paid £79 for a subscription renewal. They told me to press 1 to cancel or 2 to talk to someone. Thing is, this charge isn’t showing up on my actual Amazon account online. Sounds dodgy to me. When I spoke to the person, they insisted I’d already paid last week and cancelled it, but I never did any of that. Definitely not from Amazon.
