For a few months now, I've been getting calls every month from a number claiming to be ‘BT’. When I pick up, there's a recorded message saying my internet and phone line with BT are being cut off today. It asks me to press 1 to speak to an agent or 2 to go ahead with the disconnection. Problem is, I don't even use BT anymore. Anyone else experienced this weird thing?
