I've been receiving calls each month from a number claiming to be ‘BT’. When I pick up, there’s this automated voice stating that my phone line and internet will be cut off today. It then prompts me to hit 1 if I want to chat with a representative or 2 to go ahead with the disconnection. The thing is, I haven’t been with BT for ages! Has anyone else come across this?
