Just trying to ascertain whether I was indeed the property owner. They claimed to be reaching out from UK Homeowners. They insisted it wasn’t just a random sales call!

This guy rang me claiming he worked for my home energy company and said I was using too much power. He told me my provider wanted him to talk to locals about it. When I asked a few questions and got suspicious, he just said he couldn’t assist and ended the call quickly. Seems dodgy to me, might be a scam.
