Got a dodgy call from someone claiming to be BT, saying there was a problem with my internet and PC. When I asked for his name, he couldn’t tell me. He tried to convince me he was legit by mentioning a CLS number supposedly linked to my computer - don’t bother trying to find this, it’s not a one-of-a-kind number and they probably already know it. I challenged him and he got properly annoyed, which I don’t reckon a genuine BT engineer would do.
