I keep getting calls from this number, and it sounds just like the ones I've had about ppi refunds and accident claims. It’s a landline but definitely not from Watchet - the guy who rang me said he was actually from Manchester. Proper annoyance.

I've been baffled by this number ringing me incessantly-around seven or eight times a day for the past month! Each time I pick up, it’s just silence on the other end. It’s becoming rather vexing, to say the least.
