I recently received a rather dodgy automated call claiming that Amazon was about to deduct some cash from my account for extra subscription fees. I reached out to Amazon directly, and they informed me this isn’t an isolated incident; apparently, a scammer is running amok, tricking folks globally! It's alarming how these scams are becoming more prevalent.
