Got a call back from someone claiming to be with EDF Energy. When I told him I couldn't spot the meter number he was rattling off on my bill, he just dropped the call. He kept me hanging for about 5 minutes while I was searching through the invoice. Proper annoying and pushy behaviour. Also, the caller ID on this call didn’t match the original one. The guy said his name was "Mike" and had an Indian accent.
