Some bloke pretending to be from "Google" tried shutting down my account, total scam. When I asked what was going on, he got all rude and started shouting. Seriously, Offcom needs to stop twiddling their thumbs and do something about these muppets.

I got a call from someone claiming to be Google, but when I asked a few questions, they started getting quite rude. Later on, they phoned me again from a different number, threatening to close my account. This second call was definitely from a person, not some recorded message.
