I just had a call from a bloke who could barely get his English out properly, said he's John from BT tech about my internet. He told me I supposedly don't have internet. When I asked what he meant, he suddenly lost it and said something like, "Why are you even talking to me then, madam? Do you want to suck my..." and then he just cut me off. Proper rude, that one.
