Got a call from a woman with a heavy Asian accent claiming to be from BT. She used my wife’s name, even tho she’s not the account holder, and said there was a problem with our internet speed that they’d flagged and needed to fix. She tried to get me to download some app to sort it out. Once I told her my wife’s not the one on the account, she just ended the call straight away.
