Got a call this morning from a recorded voice saying there were two charges on my bank account, one for about £200 to Amazon and another over £1000. It sounded dodgy, so I just ended the call straight away and blocked the number.

Got a dodgy automated call from this number saying I made two charges today - one was a £200 card payment and the other over £1000 transfer. Then it asked me to press 1 if I approved or 2 to chat with someone. Seems like a classic scam trying to trick you into handing over your bank details to some muppet on the end of the line.
