I got this robocall saying our internet and landline would be cut off because the call was supposedly forwarded from BT. Thing is, we don’t even have BT as our provider. Proper fishy if you ask me.

I called 1471 and all I got was silence, then the operator just told me to hang up. Strange experience!

Picked up the phone but no one said anything. Just ended up blocking the number.

Got a voicemail saying if I didn't press 1 to chat with a BT advisor to sort out a problem, I'd end up getting arrested. Thing is, we ain't even customers of BT!
