Got a call from 01983 628854, coming from Vodafone. The person was really pushy, kept demanding I track down the account holder straight away. I ended up just hanging up on them. Proper annoying and felt like harassment.

I received a call today that claimed to be from Vodafone, discussing my internet package and potential changes to it. However, as the conversation progressed, they began probing me with an alarming number of personal questions under the guise of needing to 'verify my identity'. It quickly dawned on me that the person on the line was certainly not a representative from Vodafone.

On Monday the 18th of April 2016, at exactly 11:11, I got a call about some sort of traffic accident. I told them I hadn’t been in any accident at all. Then the call just got cut off. I really don’t want to get calls like that at my house. It sounds like some sort of scam to me and should be looked into. The number was 01983 628854.
