I tend to ignore calls from unfamiliar numbers; if it’s something crucial, they’ll surely leave a message. Based on a handful of remarks I've come across online, I reckon it’s best to just block the number. However, I suppose they can still drop a voicemail even if I’ve blocked them, should the need arise.

I chose not to pick up when this number rang, as it seemed unfamiliar to me. Curiosity got the better of me, so I decided to return the call, only to be greeted by a recorded message stating, "The claims team attempted to reach you but were unsuccessful." Just another dodgy scam attempt, if you ask me!
