I have no clue where they found my number from, they claimed to be from some financial firm but honestly, the person on the other end sounded like they were standing outside on the street or something.

today at about 1:36pm i got a recorded message telling me my ip address was in danger because my router was hacked and that i had to press 1. I just ended the call straight away!

I replied but there was nobody on the line, just got cut off.

Got a voicemail that said my IP was about to change and told me to hit 1 to talk to someone. Definitely a scam, watch out!

Somebody rang me up saying my IP is getting used abroad and warned that my internet would be cut off because they’re going to switch my IP address. They told me to hit 1 on my landline, which was super irritating. I just ended the call. They actually phoned me back again within an hour!
