I got a call from what said was BT with a recorded warning that my internet would get cut off soon. They told me to press 1 or 2 to fix the issue. Definitely don’t press any buttons though, they might send you to some expensive premium line and you’ll end up paying loads. Best thing to do is just block the number straight away.
