I received a call from this number, but there was nothing but silence on the line, so I decided to hang up. When I tried calling back, the message came up saying the number isn't recognised. Seems I'm not the only one having this issue!

I’ve just had a call from Mary, who mentioned she isn’t selling anything and isn’t conducting a survey either. I simply asked, “What’s the point of the call then? Cheers, bye!” What a pointless endeavour.

I think this is one of those caller ID spoofing tricks where they mask their true number with either a made-up or a real one, making it tricky to track them down. The number showing up seems to be from the Isle of Wight, but I doubt it’s genuine.

This number is just another bother on my phone. I always let it go to voicemail like I do with all unknown calls. If it’s important, they’ll leave a message, simple as that. Of course, these people never do, so it’s just their money down the drain and they probably get annoyed. They don’t seem to realise I can see who’s calling unless they hide their number, and if they don’t, I just ignore it. I never pick up blocked numbers either. It’s no big deal to me anymore - just part of everyday life!

Got a few annoying calls lately, they’re not trying to sell anything or do a survey, but what’s weird is they already know my name and my wife’s name. Bit creepy if you ask me.

I got a call from this number asking for my 'opinion'. I told them I was tied up and not really interested but the caller was quite pushy and rude. When I tried to find out what it was about, they just hung up on me. My number is signed up with the TPS so I'm surprised this call even went through. Proper irritating and unwanted.
