Could anyone shed light on who this number belongs to? I picked up the call, but there was absolute silence on the other end. When I attempted to return the call, it went straight to voicemail. Quite peculiar, to say the least!

yeah, it’s the nhs community therapy team trying to get me to do a follow up survey after my treatment. they kept ringing (didn’t leave any messages tho), and when i called back the call just dropped. i already complimented the physio and filled out the same feedback form twice (tices i think). now it feels like i’ve gotta say face-to-face that the physio was brilliant, but just one 20 minute session a week for 4 weeks isn’t nearly enough - i ended up needing an mri and had to go private for more help in the meantime.
